"Ms. [Member Name Removed]; We are sorry to see that our services did not meet your needs, for such, we apologize. As you know, we tried to do a physical survey of your goods to be shipped, that didn't work for you. Instead you opted to send a list of items to be moved. 30 items and 150 boxes. You signed the legal document waiving the survey at origin by your choice. You stated 4X how excellent the service was at origin and how hard the men worked. You tendered to us 275 items, almost 100 items more than what you told us you were shipping initially (which is what we based your estimate on) The truck was weighed at a Washington certified Scale to obtain the weights of what was tendered to us for shipping. 275 items does and will weigh more than 180 items (as you told us) and would result in extra charges for the handling of so much more goods than estimated. As a gesture, i'd like to offer you a $300 refund to help ease the burden of the additional cost attributed with the extra items you gave us. Would that help? Once we got our move date I actually had to change it due to a work conflict...they were very helpful with changing the date...they even called me and offered me an earlier date if I wanted it. Kahea was very helpful and had great follow up.
On move day they were on time and fast. The only minor issue was they didnt protect the feet of our sofa when they wrapped it....as they put the sofa in the truck on its side and pushed it in the wooden feet got all scraped up and it is very noticeable...it looks like a dog chewed the feet. They should have been more careful about wrapping the feet of the sofa also. That was the only damage which isnt tragic at all....some wood putty should fix the scratches. We had our boxes color coded as to which room they went into....colored post it notes were taped to the boxes......then we taped signs on each door to show which color should go into that room......they were very good about putting the boxes in the correct room.
The entire experience went really welll and I would highly recommend them.

On the day of the move, they were low on drivers. My move was originally scheduled for a full day, but they told me they would send twice the packers and movers in the afternoon. They said they would only charge me for the same number of packers and movers, however, so I actually saved quite a bit on labor over the original estimate for the move.
The move went generally well. There was some minor damage here and there but nothing major.
Overall, they were very quick, professional, and easy to get along with.
