Do not use this service.  Jerome did not finish the job and left all of his materials and broken tile saw in my courtyard.  The work started out neat (remodeled 2 bathrooms) but got sloppier and sloppier over time and never completed the job.  Contractor also began to show up less often, and was unavailable for weeks at a time. Contractor suddenly left town in April 2013  and moved to New Zealand, but has contacts in Arizona, Florida and Honolulu.
