Thomas Hall, the owner, inspected on short notice, was punctual, thorough, and explained things well. He took about 3 hours, including our meeting after the inspection, and sent the written report within 2 days. He measured panel angles and and surrounding trees and computed shading's effect on panel output, among other things. He had practical comments on equipment useful life and likely replacement costs. Solar inspections are his specialty. I don't have much experience with home inspections, but the price seemed fair.
