We are a small owner operated plumbing company offering quality service at a fair price. We are both licensed and bonded to perform plumbing work in the State of Hawaii, island of Oahu. Our strength is in repair work and remodel. We are accredited members of the Better Business Bureau. Service is our Mission Statement and customer satisfaction is our strongest Point.

As I have mentioned before for this business: OUTSTANDING WORK. On time for the appointment, all work and no play. Scott carries most everything needed for jobs. KEY ITEM for any job: Discussing the work with them ahead of the appointment allows for them to pick up the right parts prior to starting the job so they don't have to leave during the job to pick up parts. Point Plumbing is in my contacts list and I will not hesitate to use their services again when the situation calls for plumbing work.

Exceedingly well. I called on Labor Day and did not really expect them to be open so I left a message about the work I needed done. They called back later in the afternoon which was a pleasant surprise. I also liked the fact that their out-of-office message gave a cell phone number to call if your case is an emergency. Plumber Scott arrived on the scheduled day, reviewed what needed to be done and did it quickly and efficiently. He's a personable guy and answered all my questions easily and with good humor. He provided "quality service at a fair price", such as mentioned in Angie's List promo.

I had emailed Point Plumbing on a Sunday and received a call on Monday morning from Scott's wife. She was very helpful and emphasized that Scott (the owner) does all his own work. Although he was busy, she said she would make sure he came out the same day. He came in the afternoon and found the source of the leak, but the fix required breaking out a small part of my driveway and then patching it so he had to return the next day with special equipment.
He returned the next day with his equipment and in just a few hours fixed the leak and repaired the driveway. Not only was he extremely efficient in fixing the leak, he was also extremely personable. I would definitely recommend Scott and will call him for future plumbing problems.

Requested the provider change out two bathroom and one kitchen faucet. Little did I know that the plumbing in one bathroom was not in to code so Scott had to take out the vanity and the sink and reroute plumbing, do some patching and then was able to change the faucet. It was such an extensive change that Scott had to leave (three hours later) and he returned the next day and finish the other faucets which he did. He was friendly, positive, and very professional. He left the house cleaner that it probably was when he started. I would definitely use Pointe Plumbing again. Thanks Scott!

They are the sweetest most honorable people I have ever met. They come out instantly and they are very dedicated to service and resource efficieny. They have saved me money by doing amazing work. They are also very reasonable with their prices. They are very honest and do not overcharge for any of their services.

They are wonderful. He charges $85 per hour. He is really trustworthy and honest. I let him go in my home without me even being there. He is very reliable.
