There is a pool, a little yard for the pets because pets are allowed here and parking is included. It is very noisy, it is right in the corner of two very well traveled roads so it is quite loud. It is very convenient as there is a bus stop just 100 feet away from the building and it is all right overall. The university line is just around the corner, it is close to shopping and so it is at a very convenient location and it is reasonable. It is an old building and my apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The management is friendly, they are not always immediately available, but there is only one person managing the whole complex. I would probably not choose to live here again mainly because it is very, very loud. We have a fire station a block away, we have lots of ambulance, and there is traffic and fire engine so it is very, very loud. However, it is extremely convenient and has a nice view.
