I called Oshiro's, they answered, discussed my problem, gave a price. Called me back after an available repair person was located and advised me that the initially quoted price was incorrect because it was Sunday and time and a half applied. Called me back again and gave me the name of the repair person. Repair person arrived, did the work within one hour and departed. Excellent work and service.
