The individuals who came over were exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a thorough manner and also liked to talk story about various subjects. There were very pleasant to work with.
The 5-year treatment came up for ground treatment and I decided to continue service with the company. We had to reschedule once due to recent rain activity. They were concerned that the soil would still be too moist and carry the poison away from the intended spots. I greatly appreciated their candor in this situation and their focus on the quality of their job rather than the money lost from rescheduling.
I'll have to get the place tented sometime in the near future I'll be choosing their service again as I have faith in the quality of their
work and their pleasant demeanor.
Overall the process went well. He arrived on time for both visits, and was professional and courteous. He told me he held off cashing my check until the second visit to be sure i was satisfied with the results. During both treatments I had to vacate the premises for 4 hours during fumigation and felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in my home. The treatment seems to have been successful. I would recommend Jason of Oahu Termite and Pest control to anyone looking for an exterminator.
