Oahu Appliance was contacted by my maintenance contract company only AFTER I insisted on Oahu Appliance could repair THERMADOR cooktops, because they had done it before.
You want the story...
My cooktop has a couple of burners that pulse.  I'd noticed that one wouldn't lite on it's own anymore so called to have it repaired.
The maintenance contract company initially dispatched A&E ~ WHAT A DISASTER!!  I should have know when the first tech to come in said "Oh no, we don't do Thermador". The only thing they got right was that the starter needed to be changed.
A&E showed up no less than 5 Saturday mornings, each time trying to tell me to convince Assurance that the cooktop needed to be replaced.  A&E ordered wrong parts twice, couldn't get the broken starter out, etc., etc.
Out of sheer frustration, called my maintenance company to inquire about how much they'd give me for a replacement,..not even half of what a new one would cost.  That's when I insisted they contact Oahu Appliance.  Yes, it was difficult to contact them, but once contacted, the job was done, no problem.

This company was referred to me by LG, I tried calling multiple times and got no answer.  After many tries, I was able to make an appointment, a man came (on a Friday), told me what was wrong, said he'd order the part and call me on Monday.  Waited for the call, I finally called back on Wednesday, he said he's waiting for the part and would call me tomorrow (Thursday), no call on Thursday, and now he won't answer my calls.  I'm stuck with a broken washer and 10 baskets of dirty clothes!

This shop does not answer their phones. I initially left a message and received a call-back from the repairman the next day. I described the problem of my door ice dispenser frosting up. He came at the appointed time two days later, told me that the chute door hinge was broken and replaced the dispenser chute. This "repair" did not fix the problem and frosting continued, but I gave it some time to see if it would get better -- it didn't. I called Oahu Appliance & Refrigeration's office number and cell phone number at least 30 times in the past few weeks, leaving messages each time that the repair did not fix the problem. The repairman finally returned my call once, made an appointment to come over to look at the problem, but never showed up. More phones calls and messages left on their answering machines have been ignored. It's been over a month with no results. Avoid this fly-by-night operation at all costs.
