No Name Craig's List Housecleaner

First off, this cleaner showed up 20 minutes late without bothering to call. Due to a holiday dinner, we made the mistake of paying these cleaners in the early evening when they were close to finishing up. We made it a point to show them what else was expected to be done. Clearly, as soon as we paid them and left....they split. Our bad for having trust in their honest, integrity and cleaning service, but still.....AUWE!! Here are the things they failed to complete: Windows were left untouched and filthy Master toilet bowl was not cleaned at all Fridge was not swept and mopped under at all (NASTY!!!) Range compartment on stove was not cleaned at all Closet doors in guest bedroom were not dusted or cleaned Guest vanity drawer in bathroom was not wiped out at all Guest bathroom tub had mold in it Two large rust stains on kitchen countertops were left uncleaned White walls throughout entire house were not cleaned, no attention at all to try to get them back to white It was discovered a few days later that there were items that still needed to be completed in the house. Myself and our realtor attempted to contact them multiple times via phone and email. Our calls and emails were never returned. It's very unfortunate that they were given the opportunity to make their services right, but chose to not do so. Due to their lack of response, we had to hire another cleaning company to come in and complete the cleaning. Of course, this was at an additional cost to us. In addition to using 808-772-6124, these cleaners also use 808-392-6264 to conduct business. They publish multiple ads each day on Craigslist Hawaii under the Household Services category. My suggestion is do not use them. Sure wish Angie's List was available back then for us to check them out. Aloha.
