New City Nissan

The service was terrible. It started when I arrived to drop off the truck for service. The service managers (at least 3) on duty when I arrived, did not approach either me or my car to check my car in for work. I sat in the car for several minutes without any one even coming forward or looking up at me. I ultimately had to get out and stand in front of one of them to get assistance. They were all more interested in typing on the keyboard of their computer rather than assist a person and vehicle in the service area. Very bad impression is left with me as the customer. This happened to me every time I arrived at New City Nissan.
The repair to my window appeared to work when I left the dealership, but within a month, was not working again.
I will never service my car there again, and I bought my car from that dealership.

They are thorough, courteous, have a shuttle van, very convenient. My repairs were covered by warranty so didn't cost me anything. But have always had my Rogue serviced there, and repairs costs are reasonable.

I am very satisfied with the service at this dealership. They are willing to perform an oil change with customer provided oil. The service providers will review the recommended service on your vehicle and explain what will be done. The service department opens early at 6:30 and offers shuttle service to those customers who do not wait. The car was ready when promised. A copy of the complimentary multi point vehicle inspection was provided for customers information/records. The waiting area is clean and bright with complimentary coffee and water. There is a large bay window overlooking service area so you can watch your vehicle being serviced. The facility is fairly new and in great condition. It is conveniently located within Honolulu and JBPHH.

I was greeted by Felix, who asked what we were interested in and then excused himself to get the right model for us to test. Before he left us, he escorted us into the showroom and to the model we were interested in and urged us to take a look at it while we waited. A few minutes later he returned and took us out to the waiting car. He first explained some of the features and then put me in the driver's seat. We drove on several streets in the neighborhood, and then he urged us to access the interstate so that we could see how the Rogue performed in those conditions. Throughout the drive, he provided information about the car and also engaged in general conversation. When we returned to the dealership, he got us a brochure and gave us his phone number, asking that we call if we had any further questions. There was only one question I asked during our entire time together that he couldn't answer. Rather than bluffing, he said that he needed to look that up and would get back to me. He is a professional and a very nice gentleman. Oh, the Rogue was great too.
