Arrived early. Took door off, cleaned and replaced broken wheels. Job was done professionally. Alex and Neal fixed the door and gave some tips on keeping it working. They were quick, clean, and careful.

It went very well, indeed. Alex and Neal were friendly and very competent. They arrived on time, preceded with a phone call and set up their tables outside of my garage and went right to work. The screen replacement went quickly. In addition, they advised me on two additional projects as well. One to repair failing vinyl framework for large breezeway jalousie windows that I thought were unrepairable. And they also will help with installing a new door when it has been selected. I found their pricing very fair and they were so easy to work with. I will hire them again.

On day of work, the crew showed up on time. Brought all necessary material. They moved furniture where necessary and put it back when done. New screens in bedroom, den, front door, and lanai door. Had one problem with two screens, size off. They finished up all other work then went to their shop fixed the problem and were back within an hour to complete the job.

The experience was first rate from start to finish. Alex was great ingetting things set up and explaining what would be done. They were very accommodating about rescheduling and were prompt both times. Neal's work was very skilled and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the work and would highly recommend Nakama for any kind of screen repair or replacement. If we ever need other kinds of window or door work done they will be the first company we'll call.

It took about 3 minutes on the phone to answer the representative's questions about the work to be performed and to schedule the appointment. The workers showed up on time and completed the job in the time they estimated it would take. They re-screened 23 wooden window screens. This was an older home, built in the 1950's, so as you can imagine it took a lot of patience and skill to work on these screens. They also replaced any damaged mouldings with new wood mouldings. They worked very carefully and treated our dirty, old screens as though they weren't just some old and dirty screens. In other words, they respected our property! Can't say that about all the other people we have worked with, as we repaired other things on this old rental unit. It was apparent that these men enjoyed what they did and were pleasant to work with throughout. The new clean screens brightened up the house a lot! Well worth the money, Good value for the money! They also fixed the screen on our front door. When they did this, it became apparent that they were HONEST people, not people out to rip off the consumer, especially when the consumers were a couple of little "old" ladies. Rather than replacing the entire screen on the front door, they gave us a choice of replacing only the lower third of the screen. Since the screen door was separated into three sections with wooden moulding and only the lower third of it had a hole in it, we elected to replace only the lower third. It looks great and is really all we needed to have done. We're so thankful that they were honest with us and did not try to replace the entire screen, just to make the extra buck for themselves. Upon completion of the job, they cleaned up their work area completely, leaving the place nice and clean. The workers were always very pleasant to deal with and worked efficiently till the job was done. They did an EXCELLENT job and the price was very well worth it! We would encourage anyone looking to re-screen any doors or windows to give NAKAMA DOOR and SCREEN a call. You WILL be glad that you did! WE ARE!
