My Cleaning Friend

I spent $250 for her to clean my house and she barely did anything. I still have dust on every surface my kitchen still was not wiped at all, my floors still had dirt on the floors. She said she washed my walls and trim and are still markings and dust. She did not go into my sons room at all. My bathroom is still not clean either. I sent her photos of all the dust. She said she’d come back but then never picked up my calls and ignored my messages. She won’t fix her mistake or refund me. I had a professional come before her to give me an estimate and chose her because because she sounded convincing that she would “deep clean” for $250. I asked the professional to come back after she left my house in the same condition it was before she came and he could not believe how my house was not cleaned at all. I was scammed by this person.
