I bought a used Mercedes and wanted to have it looked at by professionals to make sure everything was good. It was time for the B Service so I took it in. I had a few small items for them to look at(I approved one after receiving quotes), as well as the regular service. They also found a couple of pricey items that needed replacement. At first I was told it would be ready the next day. 8 days later I finally got my car back. They had to get parts from the mainland. Then, when I went in to pay they had also repaired the second small item (glove box latch) that I had told them not to repair and wanted to charge me $160.00. The service rep said he would talk with management to see what could be done. 10-15 minutes later he came back and we went over the bill again. He explained that he had made a mistake and told the mechanic to repair the glove box latch. BUT, he had also quoted me incorrectly for the visor clip and it should have cost twice as much ($220 to replace a visor clip??????) I said I would never have approved that repair if he had given me that # as the original quote. He then asked what would make me happy. I said I would pay the original cost for the clip and not pay the labor for the glove box but I would pay for the part. It took almost an hour to get this all resolved! Now, I was given a loaner car (I had to pay for the gas, which is OK.) and the actual costs for the other services came in lower than the estimates, so that was good. Labor is $140/hr. I expected a much better experience since this is Mercedes-Benz. I will be looking for a different place to take my car.

It's very clean. They provide a replacement car. They are very easy to schedule.

They will come and pick you up under warranty and then give you a loaner car until your car is ready. The Mercedes has a wonderful warranty for their new cars. When you take your car in for service, they also wash your car and clean it all up before they return it to you. I will continue to use this garage for the service on my vehicle in the future.
