Armando Rodriguez and his crew arrived on time. He went beyond the scope of basic prep as he really looked at the previous workmanship and details. This is a family business and they not only paint interior/exterior, but do wallcovering as well. All the crew worked as a team which made the process go smooth. They are professional tradesman, and believe me, know how to paint a job correctly. When they arrived, they assessed the house, removed everything near the structure so they could begin. In the discovery process, Armando brought the issue to my attention and presented the solutions. I really appreciate that instead of trying to cover up someone else's previous mistakes. Power washing, trim repair/replacement, remove old caulking, sanding down high texture wood to look smooth, these guys didn't miss a trick. They were very neat and tidy, and cleaned up after each day's work. I have complete trust in their workmanship and recommendations and highly recommend the team to anyone who is requiring a paint job inside or outside. Oh, and excellent drywallers too. Have used on previous home interior, and Armando makes it look effortless with very little mess. Drywall and mudding can be a huge problem if not done correctly. There are painters that will give you the down and dirty cheap paint job that will last 6-7 years. Mariano Painting (Armando Rodriguez and his crew) will give you the perfect paint job that will last up to 10 years and you will have peace of mind that it was done correctly. His pricing commensurates with his performance which I found to be very fair.
