Having past experiences where other contractors don't return calls or who don't show up to job sites when scheduled, I truly appreciate great customer service. Joe was so patient and helpful with my questions. Also, their team provides FREE design services, how great! Overall, great workmanship & professionalism! Would highly recommend!

Some of the work was of high quality, some definitely the opposite - they use many subcontractors. Our problem with this company was about the way they kept changing the prices. Our original quote was for $20,000, but somehow with very little explanation it kept growing and growing until we parted ways with the job incomplete at almost double the original price. The wife does the bookkeeping, but it is hard to tell if she's just bad at her job or working to cover up her husband's over charges. They also completely disregarded a very important deadline we asked them to meet, never completed our bathroom work even though it was the first area they worked on and they asked for full payment before starting the kitchen. We would never do business with them again.

From the initial consultation we could sense that Joseph was truly there to make his clients happy. We never had trouble communicating or discussing the plans and the changes that came up due to our input and constant changes, lol! He dealt with our budget and design input professionally and the end product is far better than we could have ever imagined.
