Flooring
Crew stayed at our beach home for 5 days to do the contracted work. They partied, had a great vacation, applied the concrete stain incorrectly, left a major mess. Took $1,500 to pay for clean up.
The owner had the crew return two times to correct the problems, but no improvement. Sealer would not adhere, the stain would run or come up with any water drops, no shine remained after several days.
Owner promised to return to make good on contract and payments, but did not. Would not reply to phone messages or emails.
Owner refused to refund any of the payments. Went through the credit card company to recover the most recent charge.
