After 50 minutes he stopped and said he could not unclog the problem as it was a back to back drain shared by the condo next door. The company did not work on this kind of problem.

Update on 5/27/2014: Received call from the company. They now do have the equipment to unclog a back-to-back drain. They will be refunding my payment to them (YEA!). Should this happen in the future, I will try them again.

Called a combination of handymen and plumbing companies for some work in a condo. This was the only company to call back. They called back within 15-25 minutes of leaving a message. Bren was professional and knowledgable. We set up an appointment for the same day for an estimate. I was quoted 12p-2p and received a call just after 12p. Chris was able to look at the 3 issues I had and was able to resolve a big issue the same day - disposal replacement, faucet replacement. Rest of the work will be done soon (due to building water shutdown schedule. He was professional, courteous, punctual, fair, honest, worked quickly and cleaned up the area nicely. Can't say enough about how good this company is. You can't go wrong with Little Big Plumbing.

The plumber not only located the leak but made sure that the Board of Water Supply knew that it was their problem and followed up to make sure it was fixed.

Unlike other plumbers I called to estimate this job, Michael showed up exactly when he said he would and called when he was 10 minutes away. His plan of attack on this job was much simpler and cleaner than others. (I did NOT have to remove an A/C compressor.) His bid was clear and WRITTEN, not just a casual and quot;that'll be a couple grand.and quot; He used a camera to locate the sewer rather than exploring by digging. The job was promptly scheduled and completed in 2 days except for the hose bib which took under an hour on the next day. Michael and his crew work CLEAN!! All the dirt that had been dug up but wouldn't go back was taken away. My artificial turf was gently lifted and replaced. The concrete repair is meticulous.
Michael obviously invests in state-of-the-art equipment. He and his crew are very professional and--let me just say it again--work very CLEAN. I couldn't be happier.

The meter and shutoff valve for our recently bought house are located under a metal plate in the sidewalk in front of our property, making them difficult to access. We got very high water bills the first two months and we were at loss to know why. So we hired Big Little Plumbing to find the cause and get an estimate for running the outside water line to the inside of the garage, installing a new water meter and shutoff valve and rerouting the water pipe for the front hose bib. The new meter would allow us to check if water is being used when all the faucets and toilet tanks are not running. The new main shutoff valve would allow us to shutoff water to the whole house when we are away from Hawaii. We accepted the estimate and work began 10 days later. Mike Wessel and his assistant Josh worked diligently all day digging to reach the existing underground pipe, running new pipes to and from the garage, installing the meter, shutoff valve and a new pressure regulator and rerouting the pipe for the hose bib. When they finished at the end of the day, Mike told us not to run water for 24 hours so that the glue will dry at the joints. That put us in spot as it meant we couldn't wash and use the toilet. We had to run to the store that evening and buy a big bucket so that we could fill it with water from an hose bib for washing and toilet. When we returned home, we were surprised to find Mike and Josh there with head lamps checking on the new plumbing. Mike told us we could run water after all which was a relief for us. Mike returned a week later to check on the new plumbing and replaced the kitchen faucet and washer's shutoff valve. All in all, an excellent service from Mike and the company.
PS We found that the high water bills were due to the lawn sprinklers running too long and often. The previous owners had set them up that way. We shut them all down as it is winter, the wettest time of the year in Hawaii.

It went well. Michael called and scheduled both the initial checkout and repair visit in a timely manner. He worked after hours and charged a fair price. He's professional and courteous and kept me informed. I'd recommend this company and call again if needed.

Mike did very well. Extremely knowledgeable. Had all the answers. Did a solid job, no leaks post work. Able to be honest and tell me which plumbing items in the condo needed to be changed and which were solid. Spoke politely and educated me on what he was doing and why. He had all the parts that he needed with him in his van and therefore was very efficient and time conscientious while working. I have high standards and this guy was very impressive. I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing work.

Extremely enthusiastic. They are well mannered. They go at everything in a business way. They are very efficient. They do have a one hour minimum that is a little steep. They did a lot of work in that one hour and I was extremely happy. We've had them out 3 times and they were more than we thought they would be. We are very pleased.

Communication with Mike is easily accomplished using email. Estimates are prompt and accurate. Mike is quite willing to listen, provide options and research other options. Mike and AJ were prompt and professional - all work was accomplished as promised and the area was neat and clean after their departure. I think the job was originally scheduled for two days and it was wrapped up in a day and a half. We've already called Mike for additional work and will use him again.

Great experience. Very fast. All in all a pleasant experience.
Mike knew what was needed and accomplished it in an effiecent manner.

When the board of water said it looked like we had leak someplace. I put a service request in through our insurance plan on the house we purchase yearly. The original plumber referred us to this company. Quick, responsive, worked around my schedule. Professional, gave an accurate estimate. Took care of the issue promptly and I did not have to take time off of work for him to complete the job. They had to replace a lengthy portion of the piping on the outside of the house. Which meant they dug up a strip of the yard, you can barely tell they did this. They placed the lawn back as best as possible and their mess was cleaned up.

Two plumbers came and did the work. The work was done within 2 hours. They were very professional and did not go over the estimated cost. Plan on using them again to replace our toilet.
