Auto Towing Service
Liberty did tow the car. They took my credit card number over the phone and charged it. However, Liberty refused to provide me a receipt for insurance reimbursement. I requested the receipt four times and even spoke with the manager. I'm not sure, but I wonder if fraud is involved since no receipt was ever provided. Possibly Liberty billed my credit card and the insurance company too. If so, they collected twice. That's the only reason I can think that they won't provide a receipt for me to claim a reimbursement from the insurance. Otherwise, these people must be plain stupid!
