I am very happy with their service. This is the third time I have used them. They are very customer oriented. They have good pricing. They do services quickly. I would recommend them.

Customer Service was wonderful but even though we scheduled our appointment, we still had to wait. Why bother making an appointment at a certain time? We were disappointed in that aspect but were very satisfied with the job done. We'll be going back to this shop.

We haven't had any problems with them. Service has been fast and professional. We have (twice) had to use the road hazard insurance on tires that we purchased from Lex Brodie's (each time due to driver error; nothing wrong with the tires), and each time the claim was handled promptly and professionally (and cheaply; I would strongly recommend buying road hazard when buying expensive tires!). I have found the service/professionalism to be sufficiently good to make up for the slightly higher prices that they charge for some services.
I always go to the Kalihi location (because it is closest to where I live and because there is a good coffee shop nearby); I don't know whether or not their other locations provide the same level of service (though I have no reason to suspect that they don't).

I have been satisfied with them because they do a great job. They provide excellent customer service. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They are very helpful. They come to us for explaining things and are totally trustworthy. They respond to you and treat your problems. They treat us like a family. We never feel that we are being scammed.
