Repairman has a negative attitude and is not customer friendly. He does not speak English well and has a hard time communicating and explaining the problems encountered and proposed repairs. He spent 15 minutes changing the belt on the bottom of the washer and charged $150. He wanted to leave w/o doing a test run of the washer. I asked him to wait while I ran the washer thru a cycle to make sure it was not thumping and vibrating. He did not respond, when asked what his normal hourly rate was. I had to remind him several times to be careful moving the washer in and out of its space, since it was next to a granite countertop.

Have not had to call him back for additional repairs. His work is very thorough.

They did a very good job. They repaired my washing machine. They were professional.
