I contacted the company in September to request an estimate for repairs to my roof. The estimator came mid September. He promised the estimate "within a week or so", but it never came. 3 weeks later (in October) I received the estimate but only after several phone calls requesting the status.
Received a follow up call after complaining via email. Received a quick response and the problem was resolved. Awaiting the completion of the work to update this review.
