I hate saying anything negative about someone personally. Personally, he was pleasant and did decent work (simple lawn maintenance for $30hr). Professionally speaking, however...on the first day, he was 3hrs late. He did not give any notice and I had to text him several times before getting a reply. We arranged for bi-weekly maintenance. Again, two weeks later he does not show and only replied via text stating it is too wet to mow...other excuses provided included his phone was not working, being stuck at another job ( even though we had set a scheduled date and time, etc. As for it being too wet to work....okay?EXCEPT it had not trained at all and was completely sunny and dry. He then promises he can do it the following Monday. Fine. I am frustrated but easy-going and tell him just come Tuesday if easier. Today now Tuesday and he texts at 11 a.m. saying he is in town and just let him know if he can come by later. I did not see his text and replied around 1 p.m. No reply...nothing. No returned texts or calls and phone not accepting messages. He is young, but that is no excuse for being completely unprofessional and disrespectful. You decide, just be aware....honestly I am just completely 100% disappointed in the customer service or lack.
