KMJ Reality has horrible customer service. I rented a home from them and the walk through to move in was very brief. Upon departure the walk through was a white glove event where I was treated as though i did not earn my deposit back although i spent 4 hours cleaning the night before. but they wanted it done professionally which was news to me. I could tell the agent inspecting the property was friends with the owner and was doing her best to get the security deposit reinvested in there condo. by the way the condo was Hidden valley estates APT 14C Waahiawa HI. This home was full of old appliances that were broke and although i made repeated attempts KMJ did nothing until it was time for me to move out where the inspection made it seem as though it was my fault. BEST ADVICE FOR MILITARY LIKE MYSELF AVOID KMJ.
