He installed defective lock.

He arrived at my house a few hours after I called, promptly arriving at the time he had scheduled. Over the phone, he gave me a general estimate and went over what could be expected once he determined the cause. He immediately went to work and removed the broken lock. He showed me the lock part that was no longer working for my understanding. He suggested that he install a knob without a lock since I already had a separate dead bolt on the door and I agreed. In a few minutes he completed the job and cleaned up. He wrote up a detailed receipt and I paid him in cash. As advertised on his profile on Angie's list, he gave me a senior discount which I appreciated.

He cam promptly did the job then he didnt mind following me to my residence to help me with another door I have NEVER had a better experience with a locksmith.
