I figured they are supposed to be specialists at changing oil, which is not too difficult in the first place so...how bad could it be? I pulled up and it took at least five minutes for anybody to come and talk to me. Then he went back and got his clip board. Did I want this kind of oil or that kind...did I want to change the filter...what kind of filter...did I want this and that. After almost an hour of waiting...(the guys in the work bay were all laughing and joking and talking story) my paperwork came into the office...extra for the kind of oil I wanted...extra for the 6th quart of oil...extra for the disposal fee etc. Over $90 to change the oil and get a new filter. Ridiculous !
