Fast efficient thorough on time

I called on Monday afternoon, got an appointment Wednesday morning, and
the rep even arrived a bit ahead of time that day. He was friendly,
professional, and fast; I'd definitely use them again. The work done is great!

J Mac was very easy to contact, and the plumber, Sam arrived on time. He was very professional and our leaking pipe got fixed just fine. J Mac plumbing was so professional and easy to contact that a few weeks later I had another plumbing issue, and Sam was actually able to come out the same day and fix it.

Overall, I would give him an A. I don't know what to compare his prices to because I have always used him.
Overall my most recent plumbing experience was not as pleasant as previous experience and certainly not successful. Leaking under the sink and at the faucet. Mr. McMullin came 10/18 to evaluate and needed a part which he brought 10/20. That didn't help and he told me to buy a faucet and he would replace the angle stops and the faucet. I bought the faucet the next day and called him. He has been scheduling possible days since that time but seems too busy to show up. On 11/26 I have scheduled another plumber to replace faucet and angle stops.
