HONOLULU FLORIST

I did not intend to use this florist again as I had a bad experience with a flower delivery to me, however, when I ordered my flowers online, this was the florist the company selected. I saw, but opted to give them another chance. The flowers that were delivered to my friend were wilted and brown, were not delivered on time (scheduled for Friday - her birthday - but did not arrive until Monday), and looked NOTHING like the flowers I selected.

My boyfriend ordered flowers through Teleflora and Honolulu Florist is one of their on island florists. They accepted the order and then determined they couldn't deliver the flowers to my work, since I am an active duty servicemember and work on a military installation. Instead of trying to figure out a way to deliver the Valentine's Day flowers to me, they cancelled the order. When I stopped by the office to pick up my flowers and to speak with a manager about the problem, she refused to give me the flowers and threatened to call security. I told her all I wanted was to get the card. She relented and pulled it off of my flowers. I will never use this florist again, nor will I ever recommend a florist that refuses to deliver flowers to servicemembers.
