Home Inspection
Charles Coelho, owner and inspector of Homes of Hawaii Inspections is courteous, prompt and professional. He walked me through the inspection and answered questions that I had on various concerns regarding my potential new home. I was buying a very old and neglected home (built in 1954 and never updated) Charles is super knowledgeable regarding all types of homes in Hawaii, specifically single wall construction which is specific to O'ahu. He made me aware of what areas of the home needed repair, and more importantly, he was able to rank in order what needed to be addressed so that I wouldn't be wasting my time. After the inspection, I received a detailed report with photos of the results.
