+ -1 moreThe point of contact was fine and the follow through with regard to the flooring was good. The contractors that showed up were on time and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. The muralist referral did great work although the subcontractor who did the actual installation while friendly, he wasn't as neat as I would have liked with regard to clean up but the overall job was great.
Description of Work: Vinyl type flooring to replace tiles in bath room and kitchen. Also got referral for bathtub murals. However, this year when I went back to get advice on other renovation I found the staff not very forthcoming . They seemed perfunctory and not interested in my business - I felt they were discouraging me but not sure why. That's fine, in fact this response encouraged me to join Angie's List to find someone else and I did.
