We give a free in-person estimate and normally quote you a flat rate for your first cleaning (which typically averages $20-$25 per hour). Since it is easier to maintain a clean house after the first few cleanings, we offer you a nicely discounted biweekly rate there on after. We work very, very hard and you will be satisfied with the results. We use over 40 different premium cleaning supplies for every surface type and situation imaginable, use a $600 oreck platinum-series vacuum (which filled an entire bag after 3 cleanings done on houses with normal vacuums!), and also have all-natural cleaners available.
