I am writing this following a review in 2014 I wrote which detailed the issues;  I noticed the review was not shared with the "band of neighbors" and I'm not sure why. I fear that others cannot read it which would be a shame because Daniel cannot be trusted, period. In my last contact early in 2015 Daniel still promised to send monthly checks to repay, that a check was coming. Nothing came, and of course he hasn't contacted me since his last lie. The BBB did what they could, but they cannot really do much of substance. Please avoid this man, especially falling for his line that he can get something cheaper; never give him money ahead of time. I am out $2000; he really likes to work on older people and, if possible, feigns friendship. I was a fool; others beware of Hawaii Kai Computer Guy.

F=Daniel sent me a proposal to purchase the software and I agreed to purchase. I wrote a check to Daniel Allen for the price of the software and the extended service for approximately $4000.00. I never received the software nor have I ever seen him again. After months of emails where he said, 'it was coming' and 'I'll check on it' and 'I'll get back to you', I questioned him and realized he had never ordered the software and never intended to. He 'RIPPED ME OFF' for $4000. I finally had him on the phone 6 months later where he became emotional and still never admitted to my claims. I tried small claims court but the service processors could not locate him and told me they had tried several times in the past as well. Daniel Allen is a 'DISHONEST' person and has never tried to reimburse me. He set out to steal my money and succeeded. Unfortunately, for smaller amounts like this people can be criminals and get away with it. We have no remedy. Police won't bother, Small Claims won't do anything if the guilty party can't be made to sign the forms.

ADVICE TO ALL - DO NOT ENGAGE DANIEL ALLEN OR HAWAII KAI COMPUTER GUY - HE IS A CRIMINAL!!!
