+ 0 moreThey were super hard to get on the phone, work orders were done late and by the lowest bidder so the end result was always bad. They will then nickel and dime you on the way out and keep as much of your deposit as possible. I got great quality carpet and maid services and did most repairs myself because they just wouldn’t and if that wasn’t enough they stood with my deposit to repair stuff that was requested for maintenance months prior or already in worse shape at move in. Buyers beware
