Showed up to provide estimate and came next day to begin.  The estimate included all materials (supposed to anyway).  He began and was very slow in almost everything he did.  I knew right away I made a mistake.  Took him more than an hour to put 1 of the fans together (and now the light doesn't work and he had to bring in someone to help him get it working in the first place).  His patching of the holes and paint job were horrible.  You can clearly see it.  Obviously he did not care about quality.  He just wanted to get it done.  After the work (if you can even call it that) was done, I noticed one of my tub spouts leaking.  I emailed him about this and this was his response (along with mine):

HIm: Teflon tape... Cost about a dollar and it's really really simple to do I'm sure your husband can do it
Me: No, if my husband could do it, I wouldn't have had to hire you. 
Him: good stuff.....   scary but thats good stuff....  
Him: What's scary?  That I hired you.  Not sure what you mean...

I got no response after that.  I caution anyone that decides to hire him.  I know now that I was overcharged.  He even tried to catch me at Home Depot so I could pay for the materials (which were supposed to be included in estimate).  He even showed up to do a re-grouting  job with no grouting gun.  When I asked for a receipt.  He emailed me.  Not a receipt, just stating how much I spent with him in an email.
