Excellent. He was punctual. Explained in detail exactly what he was going to do. He was very friendly and courteous and good at planning. I liked his no pressure style, was not pushy. He was honest and knowledgeable about a repair that should be referred to a contractor. He was confident that he could do the job well.

He is very good, but, sometimes I have to argue with him. I said you have to think about what is better for me as I am a Senior Citizen. He is reasonable. He comes when he said he will and everything is fine. I will continue to use him.
