Description of Work: Contracted with the owner to install a fence and two gates. After waiting for a year for the materials to arrive (this was supposedly due to the color that my wife picked), they finally delivered the materials and subcontracted the installation to another individual. When the project was two thirds complete they ran out of the fencing materials and said they had to order more. Since that time there has been no contact with the company despite numerous phone calls to the office.
