Very understanding & overall great service

I had 3 separate projects for GCC, I wanted a hallway wall to be renovated to include a door, I had to retile an outside deck, and I needed some drywall repaired where we had a bathroom shower leak. I consulted 3 contractors, and Kyle was the most attentive. He noticed things that the others didn't mention, and was careful to make sure I understood what needed to be done. His thorough review and respectfulness gave him a leg up on the other 2 contractors. His price was very reasonable, and although one of the contractors offered to do the work for a little less, I was much more comfortable giving the job to Kyle. One of my concerns was having the job linger on. We have another house in Kailua that is going through renovations. We engaged the contractor last November with the promise that it would be completed in February. As I write this, it is mid-May, and we are hoping that job will be done in 3 weeks. That has been painful. GCC completed the project for our Kaneohe house in less time than they promised. The quality of their work was excellent. The workers were great, and very kind to our grandchildren and dog. And they did the work sticking to the original estimate, no additional fees. We will need more work done in the future. Kyle will be the first person I call.

Aaron and Wes were punctual. They did a quick and professional job installing an a/c unit in a jalousie window. Cleaned up what little mess they made and hauled away the empty box and packaging. Would recommend Final Outcome to anyone!
