We are in a gated community and crews showed up every day (6 days) on time. Job included demo, prep, tiling and grouting. We had 2 - 6 workers on site based upon the daily job. This included working Saturday and Sunday during the storm to complete all the work. All removed items were reinstalled and checked. Every one on the job was top notch and professional. We hope to use them again.
Their labor rates were competitive but their understanding and presentation of what needed to occur was key to us selecting them.
Flooring 323 is my "go-to' tile contractor. They are punctual, efficient and most importantly they communicate before and during the job. I've had nothing but good experiences with them and will be using them in the near future for a shower tile job.
