A few days before the signing, we requested to move the location to the downtown office but there must have been some sort of miscommunication so the change in venue was not made until the last minute.  So on the morning of the signing, we finally were able to make the appointment to sign the escrow papers at the downtown office.  We had an appointment in the late afternoon but had to wait at least 30 minutes because the forms were still being printed out when we arrived.  They told us it was a slow printer.  The escrow officer also mentioned that she had to stay back because of our last minute appointment.  Not very good customer service to tell us that. 
On another occasion, I asked a question to another escrow officer and he was supposed to get back to me.  He never did.  Again, poor service. 
I thought their prices were reasonable, but with the kind of service we received, I would not say it was a good value.
