Pool and Spa Servicing
Initially the service was performed regualarly and well. After several months Mr.Prada missed a week. I was still billed and there was no offer to make up the missed service. This behavior escalated until he was only coming 2 out of every 4 weeks yet still billing for weekly service. Initially reasons or excuses were provided but the last few months he was just a no show but the bills were not. It has been close to 10 years since we used the service so things may have improved.

Pool and Spa Servicing
This report covers an eight month period from October 2011 to August 2012.
As a person, Ivan is a very nice man. I enjoyed having him on the property.
However, we just discovered that he was not doing an essential part of maintaining a salt-water filter system and doing the wrong thing. In the 9 months we used him, he did not clean the salt cell, which is supposed to be cleaned at least once a month. When the new service came, the salt cell was heavily caked with mineral deposits, to the point it was no longer functioning. Additionally, he was going to sell and install a new automatic water filler, when the pool already had one in working order that was turned off at the water supply. He usually spent less than half an hour here on the pool each visit and the new service spends 45 minutes to an hour each time (for about half the price). Fortunately, he became unreliable in these last few months and was not showing up for a week or two beyond the bi-weekly schedule. When this started we looked for a new service. I'm glad we did so that we now have a service that is doing the right things for a salt water system.
