It was very complicated. I had to have my plumbing redone and oil tank relocated. My foundation failed and my house started going south. He oversaw lifting the foundation, putting in a new foundation that was under the old foundation. Compacted gravel in and around the foundation. Putting in forms for the new foundation. Ripped out rotten wood. Resided the house where the foundation had to be repaired.

He was willing to work with me on trying to reduce the amount that the subcontractors are charging. He was willing to use the plumber of my choice (Craig Anderson), because I liked him so much.

Chris and Scott did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were easy to work with and really tried to make sure we were happy every step of the way. If things went wrong at any point, they always did what ever was necessary to make them right again. For example, our driveway cracked and failed in a few places from heavy truck use, so they fixed the broken sections at no charge to us. They also had really good suggestions for bringing the cost of job down and really worked to use sustainable materials in the building. In the end, a few things came in over what we expected in their bid, but their service was so good that it more than made up for it. If I ever have to have something built again I'll be giving them a call.

Tying an old structure to new is complicated and weird and horribly difficult without good framers. Chris has sent me framers, who are skilled and able to respond to the strangest situations. My current client is amazed at the beauty of the new roofline of her 60 year old house. We had a tie in situation to the old roof that we waved our arms in the air about for days. At the end of it, the framers pulled it together beautifully. Besides, I like their singing.
