As a property owner, I was impressed with the amount of marketing dollars Elite Pacific Properties devotes to their listings. Their niche is for High End properties and market to locals and mainlanders. They are a full service real estate firm focused on reaching out to potential owners and renters online and through print media. They offer Google ads, Luxury Home Magazine Ads, high quality postcards/brochures and of course de-cluttering consultation and staging. They stand out among their competitors because of their attention to detail and comprehensive marketing plan for each listing. Selling and leasing is stressful and it is nice to have the burden lifted by such a reliable and high quality team.
