Paint job was adequate but paint started fading and turning chalky after only 5 years; previous paint jobs lasted 7-8 years. Waterproofing work was horrible! The beads (to provide traction and prevent slips) in the waterproofing material were mixed in unevenly - some areas had a lot and some none at all. This resulted in an uneven finish where the underlying ceramic tile could be seen in some areas but totally obscured in other areas. The work was so bad that I refused to pay for that part of the job unless they removed and replaced the waterproofing material (which they never did). Waterproofing material began peeling off and water was getting under material after only 2 years. It cost $1,000 to have waterproofing material removed. After the job was done I found that they had broken 2 sprinkler heads and cracked a glass block in my front entry area (the glass block costs $200 to replace).
