Good overall.
Scheduling is a bit of a pain. You have to call and usually the person who answers can't help you make an appt. 
They've always showed up on time and do the work in the allotted amount of time.
The service people have been friendly and talked me through what they're doing and how the spraying and poison pellets are supposed to work.
I appreciated that they were really caring about our dogs (they needed to be out of the office for at least 4 hours after spraying).

Not so hot.  It was frustrating.  There was a 1 day delay to weather, which PERHAPS, was not necessary.  This caused extra expenses for me and others.  My keys were not left in the agreed upon place, necessitating my calling a locksmith to get in.  Two plants I had been told were put in a safe place were tossed down my walkway. Most importantly, the GAS was not turned off in any of the 4 homes!  This could have caused extensive damage.  In light of the aforementioned, I do not have confidence that the correct and effective amount of the product they used was effective. Time will tell if the termites were eradicated.  All the workers were very pleasant and polite.  A H*** of a lot of training is needed for them to be professionals.  I don't honestly know if I'd use this company again.  There are problems with some of the others, too.

We had been using them for the past 10 years.  The quality of their work was excellent and they are a fair company.  I would not use them in the future.

They are one of the best that we have used.  The owner of this company has been here for years, and we know all of the people that work for him.  We will continue to use them in the future because they take care of our complex.
