The system they built for me was finished within a day of the parts arriving. I took my old PC in when it was finished, and they copied the data from the old machine to the new one, placing everything precisely where it should be. I was able to take my new machine home and begin using it immediately like nothing had changed, other than having to setup my email clients myself, as well as specific program settings I prefer.
They were helpful as always, and answered any questions I had in plain speak that I could understand without going over my head.
