Terrible.  They cracked my marble counter top.  They cut 2 big holes in the back wall of the cabinets without telling me they were going to do that.  After 8 hours they said it was done and they left, but both sinks leaked.  The next day I called to let them know it was leaking and they came back to fix it.  Again, the sinks leaked after they left (in 3 places, and this was all new equipment and pipes).  It took a 3rd visit and a different plumber to get things working right.  I called the owner to discuss the problems and ask for a partial refund, or that they at least come back and close up the holes they made in the wall.  The owner said they already had too much time in the job and that they would charge me to fix it.  He laughed when I suggested a partial refund.  Then he started calling me names.  He said I was manipulative and mean (just for calling to talk about these issues?  I didn't raise my voice or make threats).  He said he'd remember my name always and that I should just wait.  I'm not sure what he meant, but it sounded threatening to me. Then he hung up on me.  I felt afraid and have no idea what he means by "just wait."  I would never call them again.  If the leaks continue I will not call them back.  I will start over with some other plumber.  The owner scares me and it isn't worth having anything to do with him.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Did the job in minimal time, about 2 hours or so. Very pleased.
Diamond Head Plumbing also did a big job for us about 10 years ago, having to cut through the concrete drive way to replace a crumbled drain pipe underneath. They are very good. Very satisfied.

An inexperienced plumber came and could not find the source of the problem. He changed the water pressure (which made no difference and had to change it back - but we were charged for it anyway). He also left to get a part (a $2 dollar gizmo at a store 10 minutes away) and took over an hour. He then took the toilet apart and said that the drain was installed wrong and left after several hours. We were billed for these hours - including the time he took to get the part (the $2 part cost us over $70) regardless of whether the job was done. We were told this is the industry practice. At the end we had a hole in the ground and a huge bill and not a working toilet. We called and complained and after much negotiation they agreed to scrap the bill and restart by putting the project for a bid. This time an experienced plumber came and did the job. But we had a big headache dealing with the situation. Diamond head plumbing has a mix of good and not so good workers. The quality of the job is based on the luck of the draw.

They did good work. My condo is 35 years old and they didn't have the parts needed for the job and that is why they had to replace the whole thing. It would have been better to fix the old faucet.
