The technician was friendly and professional however, the service performed did not solve our problem. We requested another inspection but, that did not change my situation. After receiving a bill we asked them to not charge us since the initial problem still existed. The polite person who we spoke with agreed to zero our balance. About 1 year later we received an anonymous threatening letter that requested we pay the money that owed for services they performed or there would be consequences. Due to the anonymous nature of the letter we were not able to prove who sent it but, who else would send a letter like that. It was clear to me that someone at this company took offense that we were not happy with their and did not want to pay. However, we handled it properly. We have a letter from CPI that states we do not owe any money. Later that year we hired NS air to maintain our AC units and they did a much better job. Not sure but they cleaned something called the pin wheel which collects dust and debris. I rarely want to write a harsh review but someone at their company is scary. We brought the whole matter to the president of the company and after a short investigation decided to take no responsibility for this incident. Of course, we were disappointed that this wasn’t taken more seriously. This company definitely does not encapsulate the aloha spirit. I wish this review will discourage people from using their services. If it could happen to us it could happen to you.
