 + -1 moreI walked into the store and told the owner, well showed the owner of the store my phone which I purchased on 3/19/2012 for 200.00 plus tax and paid my phone bill for a few months in advance, he was happy to take my money. He just looked at me and said there is nothing that I can do about your phone and turned and helped another customer! Then I walked out of the store.
Description of Work: I purchased a Samsung Sung Ultra cell phone at this store. I had the phone for a month then it stared acting up blinking on and off. I contacted Samsung and I was instructed by Samsung to send the phone in for repair and I to go to the store were I purchased the phone from to get a loaner phone. When I went to the store and told the owner what happened he just looked at me and said there is nothing that he could do. He didn't give any sympathy or anything just I cant do anything! Poor customer service DON'T buy anything from this store or it will happen to you!
