Clean & Beautiful Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner

Was prompt and shampooed all the carpets as requested.

My better half had used them 2 times before without any problem and we were happy with the results. Then he decided to use them for a third time. He went ahead and set up an appointment for 10:00am and he called to confirm the appointment. The morning of the appointment, I and my better half had to move the living room furniture, and 2 bedrooms worth of furniture to prepare for the carpet cleaning. Prior to them coming, my better half proceeded to vacuum everywhere so nothing would hinder the process of cleaning. Then he waited and waited and waited. At 11:00am, he called the company. A person answered the phone and my better half asked him if he was running late. He said no, i remember the appt. it's just too hard to get into your building. My better half explained that he had told security about his arrival, the time of his arrival, the name of the company and they secured a parking stall for them like he had done the times before. Well we just didn't feel like working today was the retort. Needless to say my better half was extremely p***** off to say the least. Here in Honolulu what will happen next? The company Clean and Beautiful Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery will change their name! If they are not listed with the BBB...you just do not know! I am going to google their name and copy this review anywhere I can. Thank you.

Owner/operator was prompt and even though his equipment looked less than spanking new and clean, it got the job done. Would use his services again should the need arise.

The work completed was top-notch! Robert is extremely professional and knows how to satisfy the customer. It was a two-hour deep cleaning. Highly recommended! If you want the job done right, Clean and Beautiful and Uphostery Cleaner is the company.

He came in and was on time. He was very friendly and will to help to move furniture. we will be calling him when ever we need his services.

He was very knowledgeable and honest. He got down on his hands and knees and scrubbed the edges of the carpet that covers the whole upstairs - so there was quite a bit of space that he covered. I have saved his card on my refrigerator. I would use him again in the future.
