Referred by Home Depot, this contractor first promised to complete the work in July, then promptly went out of town for a month. In August, the contractor promised to complete the job in a few days. It took several weeks to tile the floor. The kitchen and entryway were done very unevenly. When leaving, one of the tile workmen admitted he had stepped on the mosaic tile while the mud was still wet, letting it set crooked overnight. It was never corrected. On the upside, the tub surround turned out fine, although it was a bit uneven too. The tiler blamed the framing... Overall, this job that should have taken a few days to complete, but took two months. Unprofessional work at a professional price.
