A True PROFESSIONAL!   Dr. Wada is extremely knowledgable, thorough, caring, and empathic.  The best Dentist I have ever  used. 

Visit as expected. On time. No surprises. Dr. Wada and hygienists are pleasant and thorough.

I stopped going to her because I had a filling and it came out and then they redrilled to take it out and put another one in, and then it came loose again so I went to a different doctor and they did something totally different in it. The more you dig out, you are just taking more of the tooth out unless you never have anything. Personally it didn't make any sense. It didn't feel like a family. They are really friendly but it felt more like a business because if somebody canceled, they would be on the phone trying to get you to come in the next day to fill that spot. Other companies like the one I am going to now is a bigger dentist, but it seems like that is not their first priority. My wife and my 4 stepkids go there. My wife never had a cavity and when she went there, all of a sudden she had cavities. There were complaints like that with other people who had never had cavities then all of a sudden they had cavities. When they went to a different dentist, they said there was no cavity there. That is why I moved on to another dentist. My wife wants to keep them there because they grew going there. I have 2 kids of my own and they go to a different dentist because I just don't feel right there. I know they are there to make money but like the other dentist, and most of the ones I have gone to are doctors where health comes first. It just didn't feel right that was why I stopped going there. They are always available.

Her practice is run efficiently and professionally. The staff (hygienists, dental assistants, and clerical) are all friendly and competent. Have been back several times, and recommended her to others. Just remember that payment is requested at time of service. They can help with payment plans and insurance info for more costly dental work.

Dr. Wada and her staff has been nothing short of wonderful. She has been very helpful working with me regarding a number of dental procedures coordinating care with there dental practices, in addition to routine care. Since beginning with the practice several years ago, I have referred family members and patients of mine to her, and have done so without reservation. All have been very pleased. She is a gem.

Being new to the island, we needed to find a civilian dentist and Dr. Wada was recommended by our orthodontist. We liked that her office was close by and the reviews I read online were positive. She saw 4 out of 5 family members and did an exceptionally thorough job of getting us up to date on dental care. Her staff is amazingly sweet and friendly. Her hygienists are extremely thorough and take their jobs very seriously. Unfortunately, one of my children had many, many cavities. Dr. Wada repaired her teeth and was gentle but firm in explaining the necessity of good oral hygiene to avoid a repeat performance. I wish we could take her office with us when we move the next time!

The practice is very efficient and you are never kept waiting. They work with your schedule if you need flexibility. Her work is superb. The staff knows you by name and calls to remind you of appointments.

At my age we had a fair number of dental issues. Not only do we go there but we have also paid for family members who don't have dental insurance to go there. I like a lot of things about the practice like the fact that she uses technology and she uses it well. She tells us what she's using and shows up photographs they have taken then she prioritizes things and tells me what I can and shouldn't put off. Her prices are what I would call solid but reasonable. I like everything about the practice. There was an employee at the front desk I had a complaint about and how my request for an appointment at the last minute was handled. She not only listened but i sent her an article in the paper about training people in the medical field to be interfaced with the public and she told me she is now using that for training. We're very pleased with this provider and I think she does good work. she fixed work from a previous dentist in my husband mouth without bad mouthing anyone or charging an arm or leg. She did a little extra work at no charge and did it carefully.

I would recommend Dr. Wada. There is nothing that I don't like. I like her office and the work that she does. She is painstakingly careful. She has corrected some errors that other dentists have made. I've made a number of referrals to her practice.
